Once your order has been validated, Galerie Jean-Louis Ramand arranges the transport of your work to the address that you have indicated. You have also the option to pick up the work at the gallery, in this case it is important to contact us after or before the payment. We will organize the pick-up of the work, usually within a week.
We deliver particularly in Europe but also to countries outside the European Union. If the delivery country is not listed on the website please contact us.
PREPARATION AND DELIVERY TIME
We will inform you by email for each step in the delivery process. The time of preparation could up to 3 working days unless specifically mentioned on the work’s description. Once the work is conditioned, delivery will be done in 2-5 days depending on the carrier, and the nature of the work.
You will be able to track the delivery of the work thanks to the tracking number issued by the carrier and which we will provide you with at the time of shipping.
SHIPPING COSTS
Deliveries in France are free of charge for purchases over 300€. For the other countries the costs are at the customer’s expense and are calculated using a price list of our carriers. The fees include insurance and are defined by size, weight of the work and the country of delivery. These costs will be added to the price of the work in your shopping cart by entering the destination country. We work with specialized carriers as the most recognized in the market.
IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
There are no import taxes within the territory of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia , Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden (as well as Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein). For the other countries, please contact your local office for further information before placing your order. Please note that we don’t have any control on these charges you will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes that are not included in the artworks final price.

What should I do if I receive a damaged package?
If the parcel is opened, damaged, with holes, crushed or wet etc., you must check immediately, in the presence of the carrier, the condition of the work in the parcel, and then make clear and precise reservations on the transport document, proof of delivery from the carrier.
