SECURE PAYMENTS

Galerie Jean-Louis Ramand offers the possibility to pay by Credit Card via STRIPE, a secured online payment, Bank Transfer or by Bank cheque.

Our site accepts payment by the following credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express. We do not have access to your bank details. All transactions on our site are encrypted in accordance with current security standards and operated by STRIPE, a world-renowned payment infrastructure for online commerce.

 

Through our partner Alma our site accepts payment in 3 times without charge by credit cards. This payment method is available for users whose credit card was issued in France only. You can choose the payment in 3 times by credit card for any order between 500 and 2000€. No additional fees will be charged.

For security reasons and to fight against fraud, all transactions made with Alma are systematically verified via the 3D Secure protocol, managed by the customer’s bank. This verification consists in sending a confirmation SMS, or a push notification in the customer’s banking application, in order to validate that the customer is the originator of the transaction.

This security, which is triggered during every transaction carried out with Alma, is part of the elements that allow to guarantee unpaid payments. This security is deployed only for the first payment and not for the following ones: you don’t have to do anything else to have the following payments debited.

Our partner may ask you for supporting documents to verify your identity.

The IBAN information you’ll need to carry out the transfer will be sent to you by email. The artwork will be send as soon as we receive your transfer. Thus, we will reserve the work ordered exclusively to you within 5 working days from the date of the validation of availability. Please note that if we don’t receive your bank transfer within this period of time, the order will be cancelled.

Only Payable in France, the bank editing the cheque must be based in France. Please note that your order will only be confirmed after reception of the cheque. The artwork will be send when the cheque has been settled.
