RETURNS & REFUND

   If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days* after the date of receipt to return your purchase against refund. The work must be returned in its packaging without any damage, accompanied by the original certificate of authenticity.

   Return shipping costs staying borne by the buyer. The customer who wishes to exercise this right of withdrawal should contact us as soon as possible by e-mail at contact@galeriejeanlouisramand.com.

    After receiving and checking the work, we will refund your purchase within 10 days maximum.
